Zofia Pawłowska is employed in Central Institute for Labour Protection – National Research Institute in Warsaw since 1996, at present as a Head of Health and Safety Management Department, responsible for research and development in the area of risk assessment, health and safety management and economic and legal aspects of health and safety. She has been actively involved in numerous national and international research projects in this area. Her current research activities focus on developing solutions to improve OSH management and age management in companies. She is also a chair of Polish Polish Technical Committee for Social Responsibility and a member of ISO Working Group on Social Responsibility, Polish Technical Committee for Occupational Health and Safety Management and of ISO/PC 283 working group Occupational health and safety management systems – Requirements.
