It is clear: there is evidence that the workload affects the productivity. The lack of measurements during the labor produce a misconception about the worker requirements to supply job demands. The check list observes only the cause trough it´s consequence but there is a gap when the solutions will be applied...nobody talk about the worker requirements in terms of energy expenditure. I´ve been working on it...I believe in this and I can show results...
