About the registration Registration

Registration is the first step required to participate in the conference. Once registered, you will be able to submit your abstracts so that the scientific comitee considers them. Registration is also necesary to attend the conference and/or participate in any associated activities such as workshops or visits.

Registration fees

The registration fee includes documentation, diploma and shares all common activities of Congress, except the official conference dinner, except the gala dinner.

Cancellations

The possibility of cancelation is penalized with 50% of the inscription fee in concept of administrative and management expenses and can only be done until de 1st of April 2014. After that date no cancellations with refund will be accepted. Refunds and cancellations requested in proper time and manner will be done after the conference is over.
