ABSTRACT
In the last decade the introduction and use of the Technologies of the Information and Communication (TIC) at work has become something usual. TIC has facilitated working in a more effective way. According to the Positive Psychology point of view, we find interesting to study the positive experiences (Flow) while using TIC.
